Orders received by noon CST Monday thru Friday, excluding holidays, are shipped either the same business day or the following business day from the Kansas City area.

Please note: USPS is not a guaranteed service and due to the effects of the pandemic, UPS has suspended their service guarantee for UPS Ground and UPS 2-Day Air. 

For the best chance of receiving your order with regular shipping on or before Friday, December 24, 2021: 

  • If you live on the East or West coast, order by NOON CST Friday, December 17th, 2021
  • If you live in the Midwest, order by NOON CST Saturday, Dec 18, 2021

For the best chance of receiving your order with paid upgrade option to UPS Ground (not a guaranteed service) on or before Friday, December 24, 2021: 

  • If you live on the East or West coast, order by NOON CST Saturday, December 18th
  • If you live in the Midwest, order by NOON CST on Monday, Dec 20

For the best chance of receiving your order with paid upgrade option to UPS 2-day shipping (not a guaranteed service due to the pandemic) on or before Friday, December 24, 2021:

  • Order by NOON CST on Tuesday, December 21st, 2021
Due to the pandemic, delivery is not guaranteed by any of our carriers. 
The approximate dates above do not apply to deliveries to APO/FPO addresses or to anywhere outside of continental United States - delivery will take longer to those locations.
