holiday shipping guidelines

Orders received by noon CST Monday - Friday (except holidays) are shipped either the same business day or the following two business days from the Kansas City area.

    We use the following carriers: 

  • USPS 
  • UPS GROUND (for additional charge or on some larger orders) 
  • UPS 2nd Day Air (for additional charge) 

For the best chance of receiving your order on or before Wednesday, December 24, 2025:

REGULAR SHIPPING

  • Order by NOON CST Tuesday, December 16, if you live on the East or West Coast
  • Order by NOON CST Wednesday, December 17, if you live in the Midwest

UPS GROUND (PAID UPGRADE) 

  • Order by NOON CST Wednesday, December 17, if you live on the East or West Coast. 
  • Order by NOON CST Thursday, December 18, if you live in the Midwest

UPS 2-DAY SHIPPING (PAID UPGRADE) - can take 3 days 

  • Order by NOON CST on Friday, December 19
USPS (US Mail) and UPS Ground are not guaranteed services, and UPS has suspended the service guarantee on UPS 2 Day until further notice, so it also is not a guaranteed service. The approximate dates above do not apply to deliveries to APO/FPO addresses or to anywhere outside of continental United States. Delivery will take longer to those locations.
