If you're not completely satisfied, you may return your order within 60 days of purchase for a refund or exchange. Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment. If it’s been longer than that, please still reach out—we’re happy to help with an exchange or store credit.

To return your order, email the following information to sales@notestoself.com : Name, order number, date of purchase, reason for return. You will receive a return authorization number. Please include the authorization number in the returned package, along with details about what you'd like instead, or request a refund. If you'd like an exchange and it's time-sensitive, please place another order for what you'd like instead and request a refund when returning the original order. We do not charge restocking fees.
